Do you do work on-site? Yes, we will come to your office to do the bookkeeping.

Do you do work off-site? Yes, we will pick up your records or have them delivered, and return them each month along with your month-end financial reports.

Do you process payroll? Yes, we process payroll.

Do you complete Records of Employment? Yes, part of payroll is processing new hires as well as terminations.

Do you do taxes? We will process your GST and Payroll Remittances but we do not file corporate or personal tax returns as this is best done by your professional accountant's office.

How much will this cost? Prices are dependant upon the type of services you require. When we meet, we complete a checklist with you to determine what state your books are in. Once we bring everything up to date, we know which Package you qualify for and this is a Flat monthly fee. You can also complete the Pain Meter to see which package may be for you!

In what area of the city are you located? We are located in the SE and have clients in all areas of the city.

Do you charge for travel time? One way travel is charged – from our office to yours. We pay for the trip back. This is only if you require us to do on-site work, not for picking up or delivering your records and reports.

Are you a designated accountant? No, we are bookkeepers who are strategically aligned with professional accountants in public practice. If you don't have a professional accountant, we can refer you to one. We fill the gap between you and your designated accountant.

Do you install software? Yes, we install accounting software.

We're a brand new company and don't have software or anything set up, can you help us? Yes, we can recommend software based on your needs, we will set up your chart of accounts and train you on the use of the software. If you use our services for all of your accounting needs, you may not need to purchase the software.

What types of clients do you have? We have a diverse client base in the trades and services sectors. Most of our clients do work by the Job or by the Project.

Do you do year ends? Yes, we fully prepare year ends.

Do you do collection calls? Yes, we believe Accounts Receivable is extremely important and will assist in the collection of past-due accounts.

Do you customize reports? Yes. Most accounting software packages have good reports that should meet your needs. If you have specific reporting requirements that are not available in the software, we will customize them for you.

What are your hours? We work regular business hours, though we are flexible when called upon to meet very tight deadlines.

Is my information secure? Yes, we have a high-end secure server with all available security software installed to protect your information. Only authorized personnel are able to access this server. Data is backed up regularly and held in a fire-proof environment.

Do you have references? Like you, our clients are extremely busy and protective of their confidential information. We have listed their testimonials for your convenience. If you still need references after reading what our clients say about us, then we can provide you the most relevant client to call.

What size companies do you support? Most of our companies have 5 or less office employees and varying numbers of field personnel. We support companies based on their volumes and needs. If the volumes are too great, it is sometimes better for the client to hire a full-time bookkeeper. If this is the case, we can help you find the right employee and train them too!

How long have you been doing bookkeeping? Every Number Junkie has a minimum of 5 years experience. Our most senior people have 15+ years experience in bookkeeping.
